Arundel Terrace – Mixed Use Development, Barnes
A proposal to redevelop an existing office site in Barnes with a mix of office and residential uses. The office accommodation on the rear parts of the site is accommodated in two storey building elements separated by a central light well gardens with the intention to provide day-lit offices which respect the privacy of the tightly packed residential properties around. The front of the site towards Arundel Terrace includes 6 residential apartments and a striking new facade with large timber and glass panels.
