Harbour Island – Mixed-Use Development, Canary Wharf
Feasibility study for complete refurbishment of existing building, with new facades and interior spaces built off existing structure. Design sought to create a ‘horizontal skyscraper’ to provide a local landmark in the Canary Wharf area. Unusual perforated skin, articulated main entrance and rear public atrium redefine the building as a new destination.
