Dean Street 1 – Penthouse Flat, Soho
Complete refurbishment of a Soho duplex flat. The flat was radically transformed with internal walls and columns removed and large externally mounted sliding windows added to the southern aspect on both levels. These windows fully retract, opening the flat up to the Soho roofscape beyond. The kitchen is located under a large glazed sliding sash window allowing for open-air cooking. A glass partition at upper level emphasises the extreme sense of openness in the flat – while a comprehensive system of blinds provides privacy and blackout when required.
