Thurleigh Avenue – Private House, Clapham
The project re-assembled the existing building, which was separated into three flats, to re-create a seven bedroom family house, extended rearwards into the garden area with a double height glass clad pavilion, with opening glass roof and an open upper living space accessed by a steel stair set behind a frameless glass balcony. Within the existing house the re-construction was total with all internal partitions, ceilings, doors and windows being replaced and new bathrooms.
