Victoria Road – Private Garden Flat, Cambridge
This project consists of the refurbishment and extension to a ground floor flat in a converted Victorian house near the centre of Cambridge. The rear extension faces due south down the private garden. The glazed extension projects forward of the building line into the garden to interlink inside and outside spaces. The flat has been completely insulated to exceed building regulations requirements.
